| Hows the NO2 going bro ?? i heard that your bp was high if your eating lots of eggs take the yellow part out that's where all the cholestrol is at and that's no good just be careful cholestrol wise...and what did your doc suggest doing besides changing up your diet a lil...and are u still working out because of this... did he or she suggest stay out of the gym a short period of time intill it lowers are what's the deal bro... Another Thing i was scanning threw i book and it said after 12 weeks of high intensity training u should go into a recuperation cycle for 1-2 weeks i think that wouldn't be a bad idea ?? what do u think?? does anybody else do this |

| My blood pressure couldn't be better. That was someone stating in another thread that I may be getting dizzy because of high BP. Just had it checked at the supermarket (arm didn't fit in the machine, but i just used my forearm) and it was 138/68. NO2 gives me more vascularity, but I'm on too much gear to tell if it's really giving me any more pump or anything like that. I just like the vascularity part of it. |
