| most thing im concerned about is how im going to get my meals in ?? i got a good idea im gonna mix up my xtreme pro plex 60 grams when i wake up... and mix another shake up in a bottle and take it too school with me and drink it after my weight lifting class.... im also gonna have a schedual that im going to be on workout wise...before my class im gonna take my no explode..lol..classmates are gonna be like what the hell are u on steriods and i know some idiot is gonna ask me that but im not telling those rookies my secret i thought about it but then i open myself up for critzism so then i said im just gonna keep no-explode as a secret..and then after school im gonna get another shake which will equal 180 g of protein i weigh like 151 and im like 6 feet tall..im going to be a junior at Lake Howell High School.. for my diet well im still thinking about that one all i know is that food will be in my back pack at all times ..i geuss im gonna eat like a sub from the schools lunch and like an apple probably throw in a pizza...and then well im not sure help me out with what i should be putting in my back pack as far as food goes ????? another thing i get like 100-+oz of water i drink out of a 24 0z bottle all day and fill it up all day it's gonna be hard maintaing that at school..lol im gonna have to piss like every other class |

| you gonna have to refill your bottle ....go piss if you gotta they can't stop you and rember eat as much from real fod as possialbe subs and pizza shouldn't huert you since at that height I'm guessing your not fat |
