what do u guy think of the Universal Animal Pak i hear alot of guys at my gym are using it and getting good results......is it worth the money or what's the deal with this product sounds like to me it's mostly vitamins and stuff ??

yeah its really just a lot of vitamins put together, you can save money by buying them seperately.

I just bought some today,all those vitamins ,not bad 4 $27.00. There is a
few horse pills there if u dont mind.

I liked them when I was taking them, but they become quite costly after awhile. I since have switched to a couple regular multis a day, 2 vit c, and calcium/magnesium/zinc tablets

I heard calcium mag an zinc is bad to take togethor one stops the two others but i forget which ones lol
