you should probably take a day off from working out in general, being sore is just acid buildup

If i were you id just do the next days body parts and then get back to the triceps.

WTF are you doing for chest? If your tris are that sore, I would guess that you are doing too much pressing for chest. Man, I am having dejavou...didn't we just discuss this?

4 sets *8-12 reps i do dumbbell presses incline bench press cable flys 4 sets Dumbbell pullover im following the work out routine in the book Nitric Revoulution it's working out well

If you were doing 5-6 reps, I would say to do 4 sets each exercise. IMO, if you are hitting 8-12, 3 sets each exercise would be plenty. Are you actually hitting fatigue on every single set? If so, 4 is def too much.

no when im on no-explode i don't get (fatigue) when im in the gym after a set... i feel fine it's just the day after.... im doing good now that was the first time i have done those exercises ... but im getting use to them so im not near as sore as the first time i performed those exercises thanx bro dang this this thread is pretty old i posted that like a month ago

Please don't call pullovers a chest workout. They are for back and back only. (and that's a capital period!)

Many consider it a chest workout also to expand the rib cage. I have arnold big ass book and he says that too, but not sure if I believe everything in that book anyway.

MP, I don't care what a 1970's workout journal says, if you are performing the exercise correctly, DB pullovers are a back exercise. NOT a chest exercise. Think about it this way, if you are doing a standing cable pullover, is this a chest exercise? NO! so why would it change just because you are lying on your back? It doesn't. DB Pullovers are a BACK EXERCISE!
