| I want to start taking cee, but i wanna get your opinions on which is the best brand to take,, and why if possible, first.. I have been reading lots about it and i definately will be using this soon, but i noticed some brands tell you to take more than others. Some actually have twice as much creatine per serving. What should be taken into acount when choosing a brand? Size, weight, experience? Input is greatly appreciated. |

| Well you can buy bulk CEE, which is just a bunch (as in BULK) of Creatine Ethyl Ester powder straight with nothing else. This is faily cheap and a lot a people go this route. Bodybuilding.com sells bulk and bulk nutrition. You can also buy it with other ingredients to increase pump, energy, and shit like that such as No-Xplode and Dymatize Xpand, and many others out there. On my container it says 1/4 teaspoon equals 560mg, so about 2 teaspoons equals five grams which is recommended for mono. but since this shit is supposed to be absorbed so much better than mono, you might not need as much, take a half dose pre workout and the other half right after with you protein shake or whatever. now be aware that this shit tast very bad and sour/bitter, so i would mix it with a shot of juice, take it, and chase with something else to wash down the taster. good luck |
