| Ive heard if you take creatine, muscle turns into water if you stop lifting for a while. Is that true? also how would you cycle it? and is it good for someone who rides bmx looking to increase speed or does it put on too much unwanted weight? thaks so much |

| LOL Everytime I hear how creatine works, it gets more and more rediculous. Not your fault bro, some people are just not listening when they get real facts. Creatine helps get more water into the muscles. You may gain 1-2lbs of water weight from this effect. When you come off, your muscles will discharge this water gradually and you may lose the water weight. |

| haha some people are stupid. so its not harmful to take at all? and how long is one cycle? how long til water weight is lost? |

| Some cycle it only on days they lift, some will use it between 2-4 week cycles. Water loss varies on diet. |
