those are the ingredients. Nothing I see in there is anything special but I didn't actually look into it that much. Just post the ingredients to for people to know. IGF-1 is good but I am guessing that's not the kind that is good. Oratropin is the only effective IGF-1 that I have heard of.

Back in June I wieghed 155 and as of right now i wiegh 172 at 6ft. Im currently taking Animal pack, NO-Xplode and whey protien. What else do you think could be added to my listof supplements?

Try using normal creatine mono if you start to grow tired of no-xplode, no-xplode becomes costly and i have taking it in the past and found no difference in results as opposed to regular creatine monohydrate. Also im not 100% sure of whats in animal pack i know its a vitamin but make sure your getting the right vitamins, don't forget flaxseed oil, and also try putting glutaminr into your diet, its cheap and effective, just take it different times from your creatine (whichever you use)

... and don't forget supplements can never replace food, make sure your diet is in check.

Ive never taken glutamine- is it something you can take at the same time as taking creatine?

yeah just take it at different times of the day, take unflavored mix it with water, tastes like nothing, same with creatine unflavored, just my preference.
