| My weight lifting coach has us bench press like 3 days in a row i only did one day.. and he was like why aren't u over there doing the bench press.(cause i was doing dumbbell rows working my back) and i was like from what i understand we shouldn't be doing this 3 times a week overtraining the same muscles....and he got mad and was like don't tell me how to run my program u don't have a degree in this and that... i was like yea okay :fu: ... and he knew i was rite... Today we worked are shoulders biceps and triceps he's probably going to make us do the same thing again 2 days in a row but im not going too ....im going to try to work something else.. and he's probably going to tell me to stop and do what everybody else is doing are tell me to help them out are something..... |

| Did you sign up for the class? Did you expect to do whatever you wanted in the class? I don't agree with doing bench that much, but you voluntarily signed up for the class an now you have to pass it. Just do what he says. Just do light days and heavy days. Use 20% of your max on a bench day that would burn you out. |

| no im spose to be in advanced but coach but me in beginer to help out the guys with there exercises and i did agree i was like yea.... he said that i would be able to go off and do my own thing and now he complains about it (i never said u could do that).. well he is like 60 so he might have a lil short term memory but overall he's a pretty cool guy... there's a ton of kids in that class...but u guys agree doing bench press 3 times a week is to much???? yea today we worked legs and yesterday it was arms hopefully tommorow it's chest |

| Your on the right path. Results will confirm any suspicions that your coach has. If you insist on not doing what he is telling you to do, then you better start to show some restults to prove you know what you are talking about. I stand firm when I tell you to train DC style. You will get much larger by doing so. Also, don't be afraid to get a little fat. It's just temporary and you will look 100x better after you cut weight. Just eat, eat, eat and Lift, rest, Lift.... |

| Tom u have never seen me (results)....maybe i should get some pics of me the masterpiece and u will see results and i can't get results working chest everyday that's a bit difficult (DC style not familiar with that) .. and today we worked chest |

| question some of these kids stired up a covo about steriods they think if they take them there going to get big fast... and im trying to tell them that..that's not the answer u need to have a high protein diet in order for u to get results u just can't take them and get big it's not that easy...i got the rite idea i believe u have to have a good diet for anything to work. maybe one day i might put some pics up even though i don't have a camera are nothing. |
