| I ride bmx and i have a slight off season for about 2 months in the winter. Does this sound good??... take creatine 4 days a week (the days i lift) for a month then take 3 weeks off and repeat until the off season is over?? then keep up the training without creatine. thanks a lot. |

| do it everyday for 4 weeks then 3 weeks off totally |

| does all of the water come out of the muscles within that 3 weeks? and i wont "lose" my gains if i only cycle it a couple times because thats what i read somewhere but that sounds pretty dumb. |

| u will lose water weight, but not muscle if u keep lifting |
