Anyone have any supplements to reccomend for joint soreness? I feel it in my elbows and wrists from time to time and it is annoying. (im falling apart im 19 and i sound like im an old man)

I duno, i get rlly bad pain in my wrists sometimes. But it tends to go away eventually and come back sometimes just try not to do stuff that makes it hurt.

Have you tried Glucosamine? I was having terrible wrist and elbow pain and started taking 3 pills ED and it has taken it away, for the most part.

Equipois (SP?) works really well with joint pain. This the kind of supp you talkin about?

Glocosamine is really good OTC supp.
