What exactly does Nitric Oxide do for you? i read someones ost in another forum that said "this stuff doesnt build muscle, but it gives you a great pump"...what would be the point of that? and is it 100% safe?

Ive taken it before. Ive tried a lot of different brands, i dont feel its worth it for your money. You do feel more of a pump i guess, but its not that signicifcant. Ive taken, No2, nox2 and nitrix. Theyre all the same basically, i think nox2 is the cheapest, but i dont really reccomend it, but it can also be one of those supplements that make you work out harder because your taking a supplement so you think its working and your getting big.

lol I didn't word that too well I hope you understand what I mean.

its the mental aspect of taking supplements. you are on something, so you think its working because you are swallowing the pill. dont waste time with no2, just take creatine and eat lots of food

yeah creatine cheap and efficient, and it works better then any bottled pill in gnc... food works pretty well too, lol

I read articles when this stuff first came out. They boasted "hemodilation". Wanna know what the funny thing is? I cannot find one physician who has ever heard of anything causing hemodilation and I don't think it's medically possible. In other words, the word was made up and does not exsist.

I can, however, believe that is causes vesodilation. This is basicly the opening of arteries. There are lots of drugs that cause this to one extent or another. This would account for the pump you get and the headache others get.
