posted by the masterpiece
Just go with no-explode it's the best out there. it's not to pricey i was looking at that NOZ supercharged
posted by Matt Daniels
Is it the best?
posted by illsniggles
there all really the same thing copying off each other, like (no2, nox2 and nitrix )the main ingredient is creatine.
posted by Matt Daniels
Well I've taken normal creatine an it dosnt seem to effect my body at all and had a friend that took hyper growth and heard it did amazing things for him..so i was wondering if one of those 2 are better then hyper growth
posted by Matt Daniels
arent you the one that trys to sell it lol
posted by the masterpiece
yea but i have great results with no-explode i have never tried the NOZ supercharged the ingredients are some what similar but the main one is nitrix-oxide and creatine there seems to be different types of creatine in NOZ but i don't think the different types of creatine work together in NOZ . but other then that.....i don't wanna abandon no-explode

Don't waste your money. It sounds to me like your looking for instant results with a pill? Is this true?
posted by the masterpiece
i believe it's powder pal i have never seen any of those supplements in a pill form buddy
posted by canibalistic_js
I think you missed my point :D No problem, I'll explain. I wasn't trying to be condesending but explain in a subtle way that some people, honestly, believe that a pill, or powder, or anything OTC will give instant results they see on a mag . :screwy: Not trying to sound all mighty or anything but no powder, or pill, or whatever will compensate for a bad routine or diet. I have seen many people ask, inquire, or proclaim certain supplements but they (being supplements) aren't the means to an end. And yes, I will continue to edit this post until I'm not misunderstood.
posted by Matt Daniels
Not intstant results just better ones faster...i know the supplement wont do the work for me but from what i saw on my friend they sure as hell help
posted by the masterpiece
yes they do help...some of them it's just a matter of which ones are right for u and no-explode is rite for me....but food is the best, without a good diet and a good routine u won't get no where
posted by Matt Daniels
Yeah Ive got all that....but I have a question....it says take it on an empty stomach well wouldnt that be stupid because if you went to the gym youd be like...dead Also how should I take it Im a 15 year old male weighing about 120-130 pounds Added:I think once school comes around ill definitly be able to have a sweet diet since im just going to be eating like tuna and drinking protein shakes during school lol hopefully no one gets mad at me cause I stink of fish
posted by the masterpiece
eat and wait an hour or so until u take it.....and then wait 30-45 min until work out the reason it says take on an empty stoamch is because if u just ate something and then u took it your body is to busy digesting food to process the ingredients in no-explode,so it would diminsh the results if you were on a full stoamch. Im in high school and it's hard for me to get all my meals in .. over the summer i was eating like 5-6 now it's like 4-5 im trying though (how tall are u) im 6 feet weight 165 ..... im 17 try to consume tons of calories try to get 4-5 meals in try to get one g protein per pound
posted by Matt Daniels
im like 5,4 or something like that i think im 15....do you has msn messenger?
posted by jcvaughn26
@ 15 you have alot of natural growing EAT EAT EAT and train hard. I don't think you need to add any supplements right now. If anything protein or weight gainer, and a multi vitamin.
posted by Matt Daniels
well if i get a job i plan on getting protein and no xplode i think because of my weight and age i should be able to get by taking only 1 scoop a day :D
posted by jcvaughn26
See you have to get protein on a regular basis protein powder is nothing special. I think you should be looking at your diet before you are looking at supplements. You should be getting some protein every 3 hrs. Eat 6 meals a day. I eat a can of tuna and a 1/2 cup to a cup of oats in between my breakfast and lunch it's simple, cheap and easy. I do that just to get some protein in me and make it so my body doesn't think it's starving, so it keeps the metabolism going. Post up your current diet and we can help you build some muscle without having to get supplements. I would say diet is the majority of importance in what you will gain, then training, rest, and finally supplements.

Do you by any chance have msn that way i can talk to you instantly rather then leaving messages...im trying to get into bodybuilding real hard so the way i see it the more people i have to talk to the more motivated ill be :D

when your 15 years old it's hard to eat every 3 hours.. espically when u go to school it's extremely hard to get 6 meals a day just try to eat as much as u can.... and train hard 4x a week no longer then 60 minutes i remember when i was 15 and trained for 2 hours 5 days a week i didn't get no where so don't make the same mistake that i did.
posted by Matt Daniels
Yea it is very very hard to eat 6 meals a day i think I on a regular basis eat between 4 or 5 a day thats why a protein shake would be nice seeing as it would have the extra protein i would need :D Right now im doing training 5 days a week...and I've gotten an entire 12 week guide from an actual natural bodybuilder named Wade McNutt next week i start my 6 days a week training with a day to rest right in the middle...why do you advise against this?
posted by jcvaughn26
Probably just because it's easy to over train. So don't over do it.
posted by the masterpiece
Training vs. Overtraing -Less is More With training more does not neccessarily mean better. In fact , it usually means less (as in less progress). Working out 2 hours a day 6 days a week will not give u the body u want faster. It will most likely have just the opposite effect. Overtraining causes two very detri mental effects. First it may launch your body into (override) response. That's where your body takes control and overrides any muscle building signal it receives from your workout. If you've ever experienced that, you know thats not where you want to be. Second your muscles grow BETWEEN workouts not during workouts. you have to give your muscles adequate time to recover and grow. u should listen to your older more wiser men let me tell u get a good diet train 4x a week no longer then 60 minutes work at low number of reps with max weight that u can do 8 or 10 reps some do 4-6 reps but what ever you perfer will work.... yea i wouldn't go with no-explode for your age once u get some knowledge about bodybuilding then no-explode will be rite for u until then just stick with food protein and more food... just take protein shakes in between meals try to get 1 g of protein per pound (130lbs=130 g protein) if u want to get big fast training 6 days a week isn't the answer son i promise u that
posted by Matt Daniels
Well what if im training a different body part every day and ahve good times between them....i trained for 4 days a week and it didnt seem like enough time to get everything done with my 6 day a week schedule goes like this. legs chest and back shoulders legs chest back and shoulders arms Perhaps i will take a week off after every 4 weeks to allow my body to catch up with the process :) But if you do not think this is a good idea do tell Im just here to get the best out of the best training ideas :ohcrap:

I think the best advice would be to just create a good diet and routine and stick with it. It will be very rewarding later on to have a solid diet and routine starting at age 15. It would be very nice to get everything right at such a young age.
posted by the masterpiece
that's what im trying to tell this youngster but he's got to have a good diet but u can't be working the same muscles 3 times a week if u want progress as in size gains
posted by Matt Daniels
haha sorry I dunno being 15 im very impressionable I'm really trying hard on my diet...and planning on 100% commitment to it at the time.It just seems like 4 times isnt enough but perhaps when I finish this routine I shall try yours and evaluate what worked best for me !) Also as far as supplements go im going to try and get a job and get no-xplode and lots of hemp protein :D
