i have read you guys saying that glutamine and creatine together is useless becuase it takes the same place in the cells, is there an article somewhere i can read, because this seems like a BS to me, but thats just my opinion....

I read it in a book Ironman's Ultimate Guide to Bodybuilding Nutrition.
