Can anyone tell me more about the ECA cocktail. Ive seen it mentioned here but no details like how much of each ingredient, when to take and how often. Also, where can you still get ephedra besides in sudafed? I ask cause my wife is having problems losing the last 5 or 10 lbs. I've got her on a really good diet, same as mine I got from advice in this forum and good training program; lifting MWF, cardio TTS, Sunday off.

Look for ephederine HCL same stuff but chemical grade. 1fast400.com has it aka bulknutrition.com. 50mg of ephederine 1 325mg asprin split in half, 200mg caffiene (or just drink coffee). split that up into 2 doses. I take that sometimes I take 100mg ephederine split up into 2.

I checked that site out JC and their ephedrine HCL has guafinesin in it too. I cant imagine you would want to take 400mg of that every day? I hit the jackpot anyway. I was going through my medicine cab and found a bottle of the original mini-thins which are 25mg of ephedra and 50mg of caff. I will just have to add 200mg of caff and the aspirin. Anyone else here have any good/bad experience with the eca stack? I did some poking around other BB forums and they talk about this stuff like its a magic bullet! Even guys that dont believe in Supps!

the psuedoephedrine in sudafed is not the same. look for what jc was talking about, otherwise you can still get premixed cocktails, like the old stacker products on the web if you look for it...but it is definately cheaper to make it yourself using the stuff jc mentioned.

all ephedrine HCL I have seen has that in it. It's just and expediant (sp?) breaks up flem. Meaning it's for brochial problems. It has never posed a problem with me. I know many people that take it haven't had any problems.

Ok, I wasnt thinking of taking the sudafed I just knew they banned pure ephedra a couple of years ago and wasnt sure what was out there. I followed JC's link and the stuff they sell at 1fast400.com is Vasopro Ephedrine HCl and in addition to the 25mg Ephedrine HCL, it also has 200mg of guaifanesin which is an expectorant and oddly enough, also found in Sudafed. This is not pure ephedrine HCL which is what I should be looking for right? Are you guys that are taking eca stacks using this ephedrine HCL that also has guaifanesin? If U R, I'll give it a shot. Im gonna definetely use the rest of this bottle of mini thins though as they are the real ephedra- the good stuff you cant get anymore. I found a site http://www.dnepharm.com/cgi-bin/dnestore/10082782.html that sells pure ephedrine HCL 25mg white cross tabs with no guaifensin for $49 for 374 tabs. That looks like it might the way to go. Thoughts?

JC, can I put my last post in front of yours. You answered my question before I posted it:laughing:

I did some more reading and it looks like the pure HCL is so hard to find cause thats what the dealers use to make crystal meth with and the gov doesnt want it that readily available. So they make these companies put guaif in it to render it useless to the drug dealers. Go figure. But if you guys are using it Ill try it. Thanks

give it a shot. you might want to read about clenbuterol as well. it is effective when used inconjunction with eca (alternating between the two.)

only the first few days, and if you're not used it caffine it can be worse. after a few days you will barely even notice it...

anything becomes less effective as the body gets used to it really, ephedrine stays effective pretty well if you take it regularly its just that you notice it less because your taking it everyday- from what ive noticed
