:) Just wondering how much you peple believe is too much when it comes to vitamins. I take about 3 a day which is probably a small level compared to some here but wondering what you guys think is the cut off point. Obviously theres only a certain amount of vitamins somebody can take before the levir struggles to break them down and utilise them as well as the problem of overworking and tiering the liver. Any feedback appreciated

i take 34 vitamens, or pills ya know, spread out through out every day... and whey, creatine, glutemine. plus sum dropper shit... so i'd like to hear thoughts on this too. i think once you get use to it, its fine. maybe just alittle hard on your body, but no big deal... food does the same thing, and there are some people in america that can eat! ;)

personally I think that what the body doesn't use you piss it out anyways.

mAN 34 VITAMINS????? On that documentary style show that the guy that made super size me makes there was a guy that they put on 42 tablets per day - so not a huge difference to yourself.

He said to his personal trainer who was a profesional bodybuilder well bulked up the amount of vitamins he took and his trainder freaked out and said - well thats way too many - even I as a pro wouldn;t dream of taking 42 tablets daily and your liver will struggle to break down this stuff.

His worlds / his opinions not mine but with the limited research I have done on this I would have to agree.

Just out of curiosity - has it ever worried you the amount you take - may create toxicity if levels build up, or yur liver?

The other fellah was correct in saying what you don't use - you generally piss out - with Australia being said to be the most expensive piss in the world. Most males here evn if they don't work out are on some sorta supplements whereas in Greece only those who are advised by Doctors really take em. A bit of a contrast.

water based vitamins will just be pissed out if you take too much

Bottom line is, a majority of vitamins are designed for couch potatoes. Lifters and athletes need alot more than the average person. I simply take an extra potent vitamin, garlic to naturally help blood pressure, Omegas, glucosamine and when I am dieting, I take ReboundXT and Expel.
