| Hey. Today I'm starting my cutting cycle. I will try my best to make it as accurate as I can, and my diet will be good for the first 2 weeks, and try to keep it that way after. This log will be about 4 weeks long. My supplements: Pyruvate: 10 Days, more if I see anything from it Carnitine: Until it runs out Melting Point: 20 Days(got a beta bottle) @ 6 caps a day Sesamin: 30 days @ 1 cap with last meal Lipo 6: 2x a day for 14 days Thermal Rage: 1x a day for 14 days, then 2x a day after Endothil: 26 days GNC Megamen Multivitamin For those confused about Sesamin dosage, 1 cap before sleep is all you need if you take MP, unless you want cramping and etc. My Training Split:Mon - OFF Tue - Triceps/Abs Wed - Biceps Thr - OFF Fri - Back Sat - Legs Sun - Chest/Shoulders My Diet:200g Protein/200g Carbs/100g Fats. I will try to aim for 250 grams of protein. For every 2 grams of protein I eat extra, I will drop 1g of fat. This way its all balanced out. I will be eating Olive Oil to the face, with Flaxseed Oil. Stats As of this morning, I am 180. I was 185 2 days ago. This is just retention, I just got off a bulk. I will be doing cardio 3x a day: 15 mins pre, 15 mins post, 20 mins a few hours later. Holiday days I will do only pre and post IF gym closes early. Wish me luck! :thumbs: |
