| hey guys... Is there any sup out there that will work good for mass building except for protein,creatine which i already take that wont make me become anxious?? Im a very anxious guy and well i took n0-explode and other n02 products in the past but found that it really boosted my anxiety lvls.. even though it worked alright its not worth not sleeping,being dizzy,irratable, anxious and feeling like crap 24/7. I was gonna try some stuff like 6-0x0 and other tribulus stuff but i figure at my age (20) my test lvls should be working just fine. I started the GACIK thread to see if that could be an alternative to n02 and my anxiety fest. |

| Maybe something you are doing is boosting yuor anxiety levels such as do you have any habbits both legal or illegal that could be doing this or what are your weekend habbits like. I know I get pretty anxious early in the week and it eases off towards the end of the working week as I smoke alot (cigarretes - a pack or two) on the weekend and then don;t smoke at all on Sunday arvo till about Friday night again. |

| yeah.. well i use to smoke (cough marijuana cough cough) last year but i quit that, i dont smoke cigarettes and i actually quit drinking about 2 1/2 months ago. I think its really all in my head but i got a shitty way to think.. im one of those guys that where if i hear of a new desease.. well suddenly i start having its symptomes. lol it sounds stupid but i get anxious about stuff like that.. for example if i read on the bottle of n0-explode that it can make u feel anxious well in a few days ill start feeling anxious then think more and more about it until i actually do have an attack. i think ill have to quit those supps for a while and let my brain cool down a bit. if not i think im gonan go insane. I think i need to visit a psychyatrist.lol |

| def stay away from test... maybe use in afew years when ya calm down alittle... not to be funny, or an ass, but maybe sum meds will help you out... the brain is funny and you might have sumthin as simple to fix as a chemical imbalance and you'll be fine if ya fix it... if thats the problem... cuz thats no way to go through life, always gettin axiety or false symptoms/paranoia |

| i heard that u can get a perscription for weed if u have anxiety.....saw it on howard stern this pornstar said live on air of how she was blown and smokes all the time and gets it perscription from her doctor....for anxiety |

| maybe if you had some tits to show your doc he'd bust out a script.... but otherwise - i've heard its very difficult. More likely to get a big scripts of xanax. |

| xanax is a anti anxiety drug that calms you right down. It is pretty common here in Aus in usage. Symptoms of anxious people include trembling and racing thoughts whlst conversing - like your brain races in the conversation form one thing to another - Xanax stops the trembling and makes you speak in a more fluent effective manner as it slows you down. It worked effectiveley without it maknking you look like yuo are drugged out - at the most it will only make you seem like you are tired. I have a few in my wallet at all times however I rarely use them - in the past 8 months I have used 2.5 tablets - mainly due to my ego telling me not to use them as I can overcome the anxiety without its use - however when looking back maybe at times I should of used them and swapped a part of my ego for moments of more comfort. Theres some good sites on anxiety on the net but I have found that the key ingredients to copping with it effectively is a positive mind and a willingness to not pay too much attention to it when it comes on. |

| i have no idea... well im very unfortunate in the health department over the last year. back in september 2004, i smoked weed and had a panic attack due to some very rare chemical shit. But this was the first time it happened to me and well i have been smoking for a while. anyways from that attack i ended up beeing dizzy lightheaded for about 4 months!! which sucked. the doc gave me some pills but i didnt take them, they were way to strong and almost couldnt think the way i use to. anyways during the holidays of 04' i was diagnosed with mono for anothewr 4 months. and my anxiety had supressed itself on its own. until neer semptember 2005 where i started school again. when my mono ended. i developped a breathing problem, even today the doc doesnt know what it is. i think its asthma but the symptoms are vast. i have trouble breathing sometimes and it comes and goes. anywyas its hard to discribe but it sux alot! this is where u guys think that there cant be anythign else.. nope.. about 2 months ago i developped chronic headaches..or soemthing like that wher you get like 4-5 head splitting headaches in a day every day for a few weeks. so now... thats why im paranoid to get other ilness.. its because for soem reason ive been through hell for the last year.. and before last year i was the healthiest guy in town. now my anxiety is developing again and i find that all the supps are just helping it, imn not sure if its all in my head. i seriously could not stand still anymore when on those supps. i try and watch tv but id get so dizzy id have to go out and workout or do something thats not realxing. anyways lol, thats my crazy story. and thats pretty much why im 20 and getting anxiety. whats also weird is that all of this hasnt affected my physical life (working out, boxing, b-ball etc..)when i do them things it makes me feel good again. |

| Then do more of those things!!! Im 23 and understand that there are chemical imbalances in peoples body that require them to need supplements, but sometimes when you add that chemical you create the imbalance.... Good Luck. |

| oh yeah.. well i know its not a big deal but i dont wanna go on some sort of med then be on it for a while.. when times comes to quit it i dont wanna be craving it and like have a dependancy on it. and like i dont wanna be on it forever. the other thing is.. im on my way to become a police officer, only a few more steps and well i dont think there gonna look at me if im on all sorts of anxiety stuff. i know anxiety isnt a big deal, its not like im a pscysophrenic or anything but i hate having the feeling that i cant beat this on my own. anxiety is like stress, lots of people have it, i figure thats its gonna leave me alone one day. |

| Well, you can work through it with out meds, see a psychologist instead of a psyciatrist. A basic therapist will be against meds if that is your concern. |

| Man theres some good books and literature around for this sort of stuff. Theres a book i bought which is ****en excellent and i recomended it to a girl who bought it - she had panic attacks. She said that the book helped her out alot - it is called Feel the Fear and do it anyway by a lady of the name of susan jeffers. Excellent book. Theres some stuff on the net although alot of the stuff on the net they feed you some information and then tell you to buy their books or tapes so they don;t get into it as much as required. A good site is www.anxieties.com siimple and effective. If you go to that site and read it and believe it is a help to you then send the author a email thanking him as he put the site up without asking for donations or selling a service. I did that after reading it and he said he was pretty appreciative of it. |
