I work out regularly and have gone from 115 pounds to 158 pounds in about 4 years. I am a hardgainer, but eat a lot. I have also recently used animal stack in order to give me a boost. I don't know if it is helping, and am also worried that the pro-testosterone content of the supplements is causing me to grow breasts or if I'm just gaining fat. How can I tell the difference? Please help. Thanks!

Animal pack is the multivitamin, Animal stack and Animal M stack claim to be performance enhancing pro-testosterone supplements. I am about 5'9" and weigh 155 lbs. I work out about 4-5 times a week. Anyhow, my typical daily diet is something like this:

Meal 1 @ 8:00
Bagel
Bannana
Protein Shake
Vitamins

Meal 2 @ 10:30
Granola Bar
Yogurt
Banana
Protein Shake

Meal 3 @ 12:30
Chicken Breast
Steamed or Fride Rice
Beans

Meal 4 @ 3:30
Granola Bar
Banana
Protein Shake

Meal 5 @ 7:00
Steak
Steamed or Fried Rice
Beans

Meal 6 @ 10:00
Protein Shake
Vitamin

Am I being paranoid about this. I mean is it more likeley that the increase in fat in my pecs is just fat or something more serious like gyno? How can I tell the difference?

Probably gaining fat. That diet looks ok, but I am sure it's what is causing you to gain fat. Dump the bagel and granola bars. Add a table spoon of Olive to the shake before bed. At meal 4, eat a grapefruit in place of the banana. If you can't tolerate that, have an apple instead.

you can tell if its gyno or not cause your nipples/breasts will be very sensitive

Shortz.....can you explain the olive in the shake and what would you say is the difference in fruits?

Too many benefits with the oil but I'm not sure on the exact mechanics but it keeps the protein in the system longer.

well fruit I am assumine grapefruit because it's lower on the GI and also because it's one of the best fruits to eat because it's very close to the same glucose your body produces. The olive oil is a healthy fat, if you are trying gain right before bed is a good thing like cannibal said I think it slows the diegestion or something like that and in depth explaination might be nice. Just a guess I'm not sure so we'll see what Shortz says.

Like they said about the gyno you'll feel like you have a bruise on your nipple, or itch, and then a lump like marble size at first. Probably fat though.

ukiyo said he was gaining a little fat on the pecs. why would you suggest olive before bed?
jc i read up on the GI and got some tables. good info there.

Olive Oil slows down the digestion of Protein becase it has fat in it. This is why you shouldnt eat fats post-workout.

Yes, lower GI fruits that are processed better and can promote fat lass. THe Olive oil is one of the best fat sources you can get, next to flax and peanut oil. Not all fat is bad. Increasing good fats can help your body lose fat and increase HDL (high density lipids) which better cholesterol.

no mat daniels nipples being snesative has nothing to do with gyno theres over 30 types of gyno and most of them arent sensative skin if you really are worried about gyno you should check it out with a doctor but unless you had a lil gyno be4 u satrted lifting i doubt you would get gyno form what sound to be a trib supplement . if you did have a mild gyno case waht ahpens is youre muscles as they get bigger make the gyno pretrude further and make it look worse. and dood you gotta cut down on the protien shakes and thorw some red meat in there!! or osme realll food and **** all those fruits ure eating take a multivitamin and dont chance putting all this fructose into ure system . its the worst carb sugar wise out there. fruit has a higher carbons on it so it doesent disolve instantly in the stomach .because it is digested in the gi tract it is absorbed around the midsection just as a regular high hlycemic sugar would be in youre stomach .
