hows the stuff taste?? can't be great.
I picture it as vegetable oil... is it similar?

I assume I can pick it up where I get my other supps?

I use the pills...Just easier.. But also.. 1000mg is kinda low in my opnion.. I take about 4-6gED..Thats just me though.. Some guys take even more...

Well, just tried some by itself to answer your question....doesn't taste horrible. Has a kinda light taste to it, hard to place, but kinda like the seaweed they wrap sushi in, but not salty. Recommend mixing with your shakes, though, I don't want to imagine swallowing that every morning. As for the other, most health food places stock it, as well as where you get your supps. It was recommended to us that you go with the cold processed/pressed, I think it's a better quality or something.

The big black pill is full of the liquide same as the bottle
