Hey guys,

Picked up some MSM & Glucosamine yesterday and i am just curious what you guys suggest dosage wise.

here are the supp. facts of it

Glucosamine Sulfate Dipotassium Chloride-670mg
Glucosamine Sulfate-500mg
MSM-500mg

this is takeing 2 caps!

Let me know how much you guys think i should take.
