I have a real small frame- I'm around 5'11 and 135 naturally- I've gained some sense I have been lifting this year but I haven't seen teh results I wanter nor anticipated at all. I decided I want to get on some Weight Gainer but it seems so damn expensive. Is there anything good that I can use for about $100 a month. I know I could just buy some stuff and take it and wait and take it when I can afford it again but I really want something that I can effectively take consistently. Thanks a lot- Marcus

AMEN! eat, eat and eat.. But you can make your own weight gainer.. Get some good quality protein of your choice (choc. flav works best) and put some raw oats in it along with some peanut butter and its essentially the same as a weight gainer. -Shutta

Eat meat in large quantities! I'd say about 205-260gms of protein a day. Personally I get the protein on sale/cheapest. Have you searched online? I second the peanutbutter but you are going to really eat 2x's the amount of most of us because I'm guessing a hardgainer.

Well eat eat eat can be hard as a teen or even someone who is really busy...so weight gainers are good in a sense that they are easily made and very quickly....I suggest ultimate nutrition muscle juice OR N large by prolab....you can also make a homemade gainer out of protein/oats/fruit...also a blunt sort of thing ive learned COOK IN BULK...this will drastically change your eating habbits if you always have something easy to munch on

yup. food is the way to go. it'll be the best 100 bucks a month you've ever spent! way more anabolic that any supplement or steroid. for 100 bucks, you could eat pretty clean for roughly a month. buy boneless skinless chicken breast, lean red meat, brown rice, some fruit, natural PB, lowfat cottage cheese, eggs, wheat bread, and cream of wheat. You'll be on your way

Costco sells 50lbs of chicken breasts for just over 50 bucks. That's a really good deal if you ask me. Use the other 50 bucks on protein from trueprotein.com and you'll be set for the month.
