| is creatine ethyl ester better than reg. creatine? or are they about the same when it comes to gains? also the company said all you need is 3g of creatine ethyl ester before and after workouts. is that true? |

| creatine is best used before and after workout.i use 5 grams each time.not sure about the esterfied version though |

| alright well ill give you the differences between them and just info CEE is much baster absorbed because of the ester attached thus ethyl ester...Also it can be takin in smaller does....five grams a day is about as good as it gets...also CEE tastes from what i hear....stinky A$$hole...its just a god awful taste... but thats only what i hear so im not sure....second of all ethyl ester creatine products are really expensive ( cell mass comes to mind -20 day supply for about 70 dollars + canadian ) so I suggest going to bodybuilding.com and just buy pure bulk powder ( 500 grams will last 100 days for about $20 american so thats a pretty kickin deal )...ive also heard the kre alk is just as good though but with the delightful chalk taste of mono....so im thinking about taking kre alk instead of CEE |
