| alright guys, i've had alot of help from you guys on this fourm just in a day. I have a question about this popular supplement. Should i take creatine before and after my workout, just before, or just after. I have never taken creatine before and the first time will be tommrow. I have talked to some people and they tell me to "load" on it, which i wish i knew what that ment :confused: any help at all will be apprepicated. |

| what type of creatine do you have? if its mono, i would load the first few days like 15-20gms a day for 3-4 days. then back down to 5-10 gms a day after that. i take mine 5gms before with protein and 5gms after with a whey shake. take it everyday, even on non workout days. be sure to drink lots of water too. |

| withthe laoding phrase man allot of products will tell u take take it sometimes 3-4 times a day, but just takea extra scoop or so for the first 3 day like ex, hyper growth has 33 servings one a day, so u take 2 serving aday for the first 3 days, sut dont do a huge loadign phrase its a waste of money man |

| i read at bodybuilding.com that they did research on loading and u only need 2 days......i never loaded creatine and have gotten good results.....yes u should get some of this if youre eating good and training consistently....you could take some b4 ur workout and sum after.....just get some cheap creatine monohydrate and train hard |

| I do it before and after WITH simple carbs to spike my insulin. I'm probably like most other poeple who've read some reports that say take it before and some say take it after. I said screw'em both and take it before and after, that way I know i'm getting it at the right time. Plus I didn't load it because it will evenually get in your system with out wasting your money. It don't take that long to build up in your body. Two times a day, everyday, workout or not |

| only take it once on non work out days, when u wake up man, cause itll be wasting it because ur not working out so it aint really using it :) |

| 1o grams a day.5 before and 5 after workout.on non training days also take 10 grams a day,split into 5 each |

| it can't hurt.creatinr mono is dirt cheap anyway.i say 10 grams a day and i'm sticking to it |
