im gonna start using No-XPLODE whenever i go back to school iv talked to many ppl about it some say it sucks and some say they got good results and it is leaving me in a awkward position because idno if it will work or not but i have faith it will, some days we run in football and i have not yet found a gym to work out at yet and i was also curious if it will work and have a positive effect when im running and give me running stamina and make me faster...

and i have been on the web researching all kinds of stuff and do yall think it would be good to take NO-Xplode b4 before workout and then take Weider Creatine capsules after workout

and if there is any suggestions on what i as a high school football player should be taking please let me know

DIET! man it wont work if ur diet anit rite, ur diet is ur most impotant tihng wiht body building, also tkaea multi vitamin

creatine is great, most brands anyway... i think it would be good to start off on, but dont take too much! make sure to drink plenty of water! and dont forget to keep liftin!!!

yea im gonna start dieting tommorow after i had my last good meal tonight haha and i drink over 120 ounces of water a day

and im taking it for football and like i said i havent found a gym yet so like at practice ( i work with the lineman and wanna me OLB and TE) so one day we lift then the next day we run and will creatine still give me good effects particuarly on my lower body when i run. ( and also we are in the middle of moving weights cause we got a new school so i cant do much there other than bench curls and incline)

and jimbo do you have any good Diet routines that might work for me, like what foods shouldnt i eat... ( be kinda be specific i dont comprehend well haha)

Use the monohydrate if possible, dont know about capsules. Water is the key otherwise you'll get serious cramps.

dont eat fast food!!!! eat 5-8 times a day....in ur passing period
get alotta protein like double ur bodyweight
u should powerclean snatch squat deadlift alot for football....bb rows....search yahoo for linebacker or te workouts....and READ....thats how u learn.

yea i heard alot about that and i found out where the courthouse is so i can work out there often now and i plan on getting some more substances causes im so dedicated to start next year at either TE or LB ( cause basically football is the only way i can get into college) what are some good monohdrate substances i can take and the water part im allready hooked on i drink well over 120 ounces a day

yea i just need the strength bad cause when i had my concussion last year i was in the hospital for a while so now im alot slower and a hell of alot weaker

Just wondering how long after i take the NO-XPLODE will it last in my system and keep me energized...

o yea i took some at football practice today ( it was hilarious) i mean we did suicides and alot of running drills and everyone was like wore out and me and my buddy who is takin some too where like wantin to do more haha

i would rather use eylth easter creatine i have heard monohydrate retains to much water and the effects diminish when your not on the product i took creatine eylth easter and had solid results and i have took monohydrate didn't do nothing for me

everybody has different effects when im on it i feel like i can be in the gym all day
