ok before i knew as much as i know now about creatine i went to Wal Mart and just randomly picked a Creatine which was Weider Creatine Capsules and i used them for one doss and i cant return it so i just have it layin around and now i have NO-XPLODE ( which i love haha) and i was wondering if it would be a good idea to take NO-XPLODE before the workout and then after take 5g of the Capsules, ( it is said to take the capsules after the workout) and would it give me a lil extra stength.

um i dont tinhk it would hurt ethier way, im pretty sure it 2 diff types of creatine, but it prob ownt give anymore stength then one would.

yea idno i might try it tho take the no xplode before it and take the capsules after words shouldnt hurt i dont wanna have those capsules just sitting there thats a waste haha

u deff. want to take the no xplode b4 ur workout cuz i blieve its a pre workout supp. take 2 scoops b4 ur workout...then after ur workout take how ever many capsules of weider creatine....some protein vitamins and FOOD!!!!!

o gotta get some protein vitamins i still have alot of stuff i wanna buy at GNC haha i might go tommorow afternoon, and ill DEFINATELY eat haha but after the 30min or hour i gotta wait... so do you think the taking the capsules afterward will help any

he meant protein and vitamins. a whey shake, multivitamin, and some good whole food. don't waste your money on stuff from GNC. first off most supps suck anyways, and second GNC is a rip off.

i wouldn't take the extra creatine just more stress on the kidneys u get plenty of creatine out of no-explode there's 3 different types of creatine and no-explode but if u wanted to u could take the extra creatine but i would sell it cause all u need is no-explode and protein/food that's all

just make sure you take creatine before and after your workout.if you take extra no big deal,just drink alot more water

yea no- xplode rocks it made me alot quicker stronger and limber haha, but masterpiece im sure you would know how long will those effects stay in once you take it, like how long will i still have the energy and strength, and once spring training for football comes would it be a good idea to take it before practice.

i haven't had the money to buy no-explode lately bro i have noticed i have gotten weaker in certain exercises such as the dumbbell press i use to do 75 no problem for 10 reps now im down to like 65 for like 8 reps (i still have the muscles i gained from no-explode though) and i was like damn i was much more explosive when i was on it now im on a higher protein diet to compensate for me being without no-explode. As far as my gains go im doing great with the diet but nothing explosive in the gym like i use to. But yea bro it would deffinatly help u with football no doubt in my mind u would be much more concentrated and u would have much more strength, u will feel like u can run threw anybody on that feild. i only workout for 45-60 min and i still have plenty of energy left i use to work out for 2 hr a day when i was a rookie the energy started to fade off towards the end but u will be fine how long is your practice ?? 2 hr when i played football that's how long mine was some teams only do an hour

i need a job so i can get some more no-explode :banghead: deffinatly not going to get sponsered now when im not even using there product

hmm what a coincidence i just found this on another thread thought i would post it

iv taken no-xplode for about four days and have noticed muscle increase allready, iv gained abit 3pounds, when i ran miles i ust to get a cramp after like half a lap and i ran 8 non stop with out getting that tired or out of breath, my 40 time has increased to 4.8 ( from a 5.9, mainly from practice from track/football coach) but it is working well for me now and if it stays like this pace ill continue to purchase it....

and out practice lets see i get out of third block at 1:48 and we probally dont go lift or run till about 2- 2:10 and school ends at 3:30 if we are running we come in at 3 and if where lifting about 3:20 depending on how quick we get thru our sets
