I just took it preworkout, but noticed it right away. I've always thought it was a good product but there is mixed emotions about it.

its pretty expensive. i dunno ive never tried it myself.

i used it many times....first time i used it i gained 30 pounds on my bench....it was the first kind of creatine i ever took.....its way expenisve....

what it cost me $25 for 5pounds haha maybe its cause i know the guy workin there preety well, is it better to take it before or after the workout and if better b4 is it ok to take it with no xplode also

take no xplode b4 ur workout and cell tech after ur workout.....i never loaded cell tech

Good if you don't mind paying for it.Lots of other items that work just as good for half the cost.

the price if mad high, and i didnt care for the taste that muchh, and theres a lot of sugar, but it works for a while
