i went into GNC to holla at my buddy who works there and my other buddy who is lookin to buy some creatine, and i noticed it and he said some dude who was takin the capsules type said he added 40 pounds to his max on bench in just 3 weeks that is just like very unreal haha

tsm is right, i did design my own supplement. It will make your max go up 50 lbs in 3 weeks. you can't get it at gnc though, cuz its barely legal! Stupid FDA is trying to ban my shit!
