I'm already doing the cardio. As well as lifting. Just wondering about supplements. Been a while since I've taken anything. Last time was back when ephedrine was still on the market.

im almost out of it. i need to order some more soon. got about 1 weeks worth of ECA and another week of clen left...but i have drank a redline before. that shit is like crack in a can! gave me crazy energy. i drank it before a football game last season...

first few days kinda suck. i feel very wired, and get kinda anxious and get slight trembles in my hands. goes away after two days tops. dropped some fat, but ive also been doing a lot of cardio....

BTW, you male or female? just saw your post about having a baby 8 weeks ago. congrats! if you did just give birth i would stay away from the eca for a while. you can lose that weight without supps...

Nah man... I'm male. My wife had the baby. I try to stay away from getting pregnant. Wouldn't look good on me.

Thanks for the congrats though. It is one of the greatest feelings when you see your baby for the first time.
