i am looking for the best shake ever with alot of Protein. more than 90% of Protein. now i dont care how much it costs as long as its good and it works.
name the best ones u know.
i keep hearing about Creatine alot on this forum. now is that good?

creatine is good.I love to drink Muslce Milk protein powder.It is the best tasting one I have ever had.
