what do you guys take? currently i take Dymatize Mega Gainer. works pretty well but im looking for something else. anyone heard of Champion Nutrition?? they have a 900 cal and 1200 cal shake.

i take muslce juice, i find it tastes good and is super easy to get down and its liek 1300 calories 74 grams of protein its pretty good

What is muscle juice? I've never heard of it.

I'm taking this weightgainer right now: http://vitaplus.net/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=660&HS=1

It's pretty cheap, tastes good (in chocolate at least) and has 1360 cals. I split the shake up and take 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the afternoon because it is one hefty shake. The scoops are enormous. Only 40 grams of sugar and 52 grams of protein though. I mix with water (Because I don't want extra sugar with milk) and it tastes good.

mucle juice u can buy almost everywhere its in a 4.5kg tub and i know its like 44.99 canadian and lasts a pretty long time, est deal out arond where i am

its hard to eat dry oats in a drink. they all go to the bottom and clump

Speaking of cutting, i saw a study about fish oil. They had 2 test groups. one took 3000mg fish oil day the other took none. Both had identical diets and workouts. The group that took fish oil lost on average 3lbs per person more than the people in the group that didnt take it in only 4 weeks.

i put oats in my shakes all the time, but i chug my shakes so the oats at the bottom isnt a problem.

i like throwin some shredded wheat in my shakes, it dosent clump up, and relatively dosent settle, it least not too quickly
