Well, it's got everything, 5.5 g of creatine, about 32 grams of carbs/protein, it is a PWO shake...

Just wondering if I should get on something else? I've been taking kre-alkalyn too to finish it off...

I just don't know what supplements to take, been bouncing around a lot.

Personally, I don't know if I want monohydrate, but I don't know - that's basically what I'm on right now with kre-alkalyn.

Also, with the Muscle Juice, I take another 20 g of Whey from GNC.

gnc will charge you ripoff prices.i get 10 lb's of on whey for $46 from bestpricenutition.com i also get my creatine micronized from them.micronized helps alot with cramping.also there is a good product at wal-mart called body fortress creatine.it has 5,5 grams of creatine and 32 grams of dextrose,90 mg potassium,1 gram of taurine.it's real cheap.i think i pay $12 it has52 servings and i only use it postworkout.hope this helps

i know of muslice juice, wihtout the creatine and that, and i frigggin love it , its cheap tastes goood and has more calories and protein then i nkow out there, also is super cheap
