| would it be pointless to take a protein shake while working out because i have never heard of that it's always after a workout or before |

| It can prove to be a little counter productive sometimes because it may upset your stomach in the middle of a workout. Your main focus should be staying hyrated with water. You lose between a half to one gallon of water from a high intensity work out over an hour. |

| intresting i never knew that i keep myself hydrated with 120 oz to 200 oz of water a day and im only 17 i think im doing good as far as that goes since im no good at school i mine as well try to get my body in great condition so i can hopefully get a contract into one of these fitness magazines |
