| i currently weigh 160lbs and im 6 ft i want to get up to 200 maybe more in 3-5 months i am trying to eat everything in sight like i was told a while back on this forum i just started my diet plan about 2 days ago meal one: bowl of cereal protein shake 40 g Meal 2: ham sandwhich about 20 g of protien.with small bag of chips water before workout class Meal 3: poptarts water Meal 4: 2 bags of a cheeder mix 5 g of protein 1.5 saturated fat water Meal 5: 4 eggs protein shake water Meal 6: whatever my mom cooks for dinner if it's junk i eat a big bowl of oatmeal probably like 50 g of protein Meal 7: tuna/ham sandwhich Meal 8: something good oatmeal and a protein shake are something |

| So you want to put on 38lbs of fat? I wouldn't go over board, you will regret it. THe more you put on, the harder it is to get off. |

| bump shortz. that poptart meal is pointless. its all empty cals with little nutritional value. trade that for some meat man! for god sakes eat some chicken and beef in that diet! |

| Cook in bulk and carry tupperware with you to school. Just mix things up and make scary concoctions that will scare the meager man away. Make the hair on your chest and back stand on end while you chisel away peices of your scary meat concoction awaiting entry into the tunnel of doom. Otherwise known as your mouth named so becuase anything that comes within the gravity field will be swallowed and never seen again. in other words, carry a lot of tupperware and cook in bulk. Meat!!! ground beef, turkey, chicken, etc... |

| id sya eat alot mroe to, but ur not eating heatly, tre bonless skinless chicken breats wiht whole wheta pasta and beef and all that man, u dont wanna gain like 40 pounds of fat, and than jsut work it of, wanan wanan gian muscle |

| ataclly the pop tart is in alot of meal plans, its a fats relasing carb, in my mass book on the meal plans some of them have like 2 poptarts for fast relasing carbs:D so there not all that bad lol |

| Ok, i eat a huge bowl of cocoa puffs as a pwo meal for fast carbs but not everyday, just after workouts. So if you must eatem, IMO they would be best after workouts only. Just my opinion:D |

| Just remember, a book is just another persons opinion and the bodybuilding world is full of opinions. For every person that says eat 2 poptarts a day theres gonna be someone that says the oppsite. Let the mirror and scale be the judge. Good day. |

| i live in a house with 2 smaller siblings and it's difficult to find healthy foods in the refrigirator meal 1: bowl of cereal protein shake 40 g Meal 2: chicken sandwhich with small bag of chips water protein shake (whey) before workout class Meal 3: poptarts water a small creme cake need help with this im not sure what i should eat im hungy as hell after my work out i also drink protein shake again after work out maybe i should eat turkey sandwhich i like ham better though oatmeal......... i don't know Meal 4: tuna & bannana Meal 5: 4 eggs protein shake Meal 6: whatever my mom cooks for dinner if it's junk i eat a big bowl of oatmeal probably like 50 g of protein Meal 7: tuna/chicken sandwhich/chicken breast/pasta/ something healthy Meal 8: cereal/ left over dinner and a slow digesting protein shake are something before bed before i started this bulking diet i only ate like 3-4 meals a day so this is a big up grade for me |

| another thing to keep in mind, is that for the most part, guys in mags have 3 things most people do not. 1.)great genetics 2.)gear 3.)ghost writers that aren't actually bb'ers. (I think i read it someone else on this board, as well as other places on the web) sometimes mags are written by writers and not bb. they might not have real world experience doing what they are writing about. just my .02. |
