| of coarse you can do it at the same time. i was eating 4500cals and doing cardio 20min 3 times a week at 145bps and i lost 2%bf in a few weeks |

| look at my 14 week post. I gained a ton of muscle and lost a ton of fat at the same time. The longer you've been working out, the harder it is to do. |

| yes, staying anabolic is a major part of gaining muscle (obviously) and it's hard to stay anabolic in a calorie deficit. |

| Anabolic steroids only work with mass amounts of protein...but it is possible. |

| cardio like jogging will help keep you lean. make sure you're eating enough clean calories to make up for the ones you burn while jogging... |
