when i go to the vitamin shoppe.....i see all these supplements that say growth hormone((pills)) but i dont plan on taking them im just curios of what they are......and i kno this may sound stupid but is there a supp. i can take that will make me taller?:laughing: im a shortie and want just a couple more inches

you need to go get the real hgh if you want to be taller. all that stuff in shops are good supps but dont get near the results as the real thing

gh supps don't work at all.only the real hgh will work and it costs alot of mula

at 16 don't mess with aas or hgh.you've got alot of natural supps i.e test in you already.just eat and train hard,you'll be amazed at the results if you keep at it long enough

HGH therapy for adolecent growth issues are best addressed by a MD. Do not, DO NOT waste any of your money on any suuplement that claims to have or effect HGH! JMHO

ya....last time i was at my doctor i asked him if i was going to grow taller and he sed no probably not.....i asked him if i could get on hgh...and he sed no cuz u only go on that when ur in puberty and he sed that i was probably almost dun with puberty.....but i dont understand how i can almost be done with puberty because like i dont even have lots of facial hair like i got it on my chin and upper lip and lil bit past sideburns but wtf? tell me im just a late bloomer or is my doc right?

the average time is about three years. you shoud be done mentally and physically downstairs where the facial hair may take years to fully grow in. thats normal and your still on the right track. alcohol can affect growth during puberty. drinking at an early age isnt worth stunting the growth of the penis!
