i got some whey and some cell mass and aminos and wondering when i should take what..........this is what i usually do

after workout take cellmass with aminos.....then protein then like after a lil bit i eat????

take the whey right after your workout. whats in the cell mass. sorry im not to hip on all the names of the supps. i just use whey, casein, and creatine.

i always eat some yogurt and milk right before bed. or i make a gainer shake. i didnt think it mattered on the time before bed

take your casein right before bed. it takes up to 7 hours to digest. you want to avoid becoming catabolic while sleeping. thats why you use casein instead of something like whey. depending on how much bf you have, you might even throw some Natty PB in there to slow digestion even more. that way you can get 8 hours of sleep and still stay anabolic.

i suggest taking cellmass before a workout cause the cellmass will open up your veins so more protien and blood can fly threw the muscles at a fast rate then nuture your muscles with a high protein shake /meal after the workout bro if u had no-explode it would be awsome u would take that before a workout and stack it with cell mass after the workout follow up with a high protein meal/shake and u would be on your way bro
