Actually its 3 in one. Small business owner/musician/realestate. I have a small sound company that does event production; festivals, theatre, etc, that I do 1 or 2 times a month, more in the summer and its great money, usually 1k day. I play in a top40/wedding band. thats 4-6 evenings a month. Every 2 years i build a new house and sell the old one for a nice big profit. Plus I get to stay home with 2 kids during the day while the wife goes to work so that saves a ton in daycare. Pretty cool setup.

I dont but my wife does. I just love living in a brand new house that nones ever lived in before. Oh I forgot, I sell on ebay too. Basically if see an opportunity to make money I jump on it. You in school right now?

it seems like the no xplode stops working for me.....after a little while.....like my pump weaken and everything slows down looking for sumthing new
