| Im about 5'7 150lbs. I am 18 years old and i have weighed 150lbs for a long time i just cant break that mark, but i can get strong but not bigger, my last max was bench:250lbs and squat:360. I want to weigh 175-180 by about June. This is my first week on NOXPLODE and CELLMASS stack, any suggestions on supps. or anything that can help me get MASS???? |

| You think youre bustin 3500-4000 cal a day or so? Cause I bet if you did cleanly, you would gain. Lots of chicken, tuna, eggs, basically 2x bodyweight in protein, at least the same in carbs. 8 meals a day. Pre and Post workout meals are very important too. High carbs for both of those. Those are good max. for a 150 lbs though. |

| 1- half cup oats, 1 packet of oatmeal, 1 protein shake ( 2 scoops, 1 cup milk, 1 tblesppon grapeseed oil – 728ca;s – 57 pro 2 - 1 cup rice, 1 can tuna, 530 cals – 41 pro 3 – can of tuna, taco burger, 1 serving of CHIPS!!!!!, 1 cup of orange juice 790 cals – 60 pro 4 – shake – (2 scoops, half cup oats) 2 granola bars 608 – 44 pro 5- PWO – (2 scoops pro, 1/3 cup dex) 428 – 40 pro 6 – 2 cups oj, taco burger (dint feel well didn’t eat much) 30ish pro – 640 cals 7 – cheeseburger (96% lean) starbucks frappuccino, 3 pieces of turkey – 650 – 52 pro 8- 4 eggs2 whites, 1 piece of bread, 2pieces of turkey w/ cheese, 1 cup OJ – 665 – 48 pro 9- protein shake (2 scoops protein, 1 cup milk, ½ cup oats, 1 tblespoon grapeseed oil) 568 – 53 pro 5607 – 425 pro |

| lol if u have any placeso utthere that meals plans go to them, i started going to simply for life, and there amazing u cna get jut the meal plan, or like 3,6,12 month plans, and they get uwhere u want, and u seethem once a week and they hlep u out a bunch, and u can email the bb's any time and they hlep u out, its SIMPLY FOR LIFE. amazing place theres them all over the place |

| I was in the same boat as you at 16, it took me FOREVER, to get off of a plateau. The key is Diet, especially if you do everything else right. If you eat meals like President posted, you'll start to grow again. Once i got my diet under control and got rid of those large pizzas i gained about 35 solid pounds over the next 3 years. |

| its not the BEST foods out there, but its got alot of quality foods in there too. Some fast food is OK, but not like every meal, maybe like half of a meal. I just try to get in the cals and protein with half way decent food. If your metab will let you, eat what you want man. If youre eating alot of sodium tho, make sure youre getting alot of water. |

| Yeah man i can eat whatever i want and never get fat, i prolly have about 10% body fat. Are there any supps. that might help me with mass? Im on CELLMASS and NOXPLODE stack right now, This is just my first week on it and to me it seems to be working pretty well. Nitric Oxide works really well for me me though. When NO2 first came out i took it and it brought me up 50 in bench in a lil over a month. |

| i know you dont wanna hear this, but those supps are nothing compared to what food will do you. food is the most anabolic thing on earth. dont waste your money on that useless crap, especially that named brand, 60 dollar a bottle, waste of dough. You stuff your face with 5k cals a day, youre gunna get big and strong. I know its harder to do that than pop a few pills, but your gunna thank yourself in the long run. People always ask me if i could change one thing, knowing all that i do now, and i always tell them, eat more. They always ask me, thats it? i say yep. |

| Yeah man, thats what everyone is telling me. I use to not eat that much at all, i just couldnt make my self. But now i am eating alot more, i just force my self to eat. With that stack i am also taking 100% whey protein though, so its not just the stack. I will try to post some pics soon so yall can send me in the right direction. Thanks again for the help |

| You definetly have to believe these boys when they say EAT EAT EAT.At first I was like w/e its not that big of a deal...but it really is...if you dont eat like a 400 pregnant mother then your not going to grow and thats that...try and make sure its clean which will minimize fat gain.You wont get it right first try...hell im still not that good at dieting but these boys will help you for sure if you need it...try to learn as much by yourself by reading etc first and I an many others will try and fill in any blanks for you.I say that because eventually if you can learn enough people wont have to do it for you and you can get huge all by yourself...figure out what you need for cals and see if you can make yourself a good diet...a good site for making diets is www.fitday.com its quick and very easy if you know anything about computers at all.. |

| i started this stack about 2 weeks ago, and am loving it. nettle root 3grams a day trib - 5 grams a day akg - 7grams a day CEE - (from customnutritionwarehouse) has like CEE and glycerol monosterate in it and then r-ala, biotin, and a multivitamin PWO. |
