How much whey protein does everyone use in a week. Just curious

:D i dont use whey all that much anymore. i go through 5 lbs over a coupel months... i just use solely for a post workout shake...

ive been taking a whey shake pre workout around 3 o clock ( go to the gym around 6) and then another one blended with a banana and skim milk post workout. casein shake before bed

why do you wait 3 hours amer??? you should drink and be working out in 30-45 minutes.

i get a whole food meal about 30mins before the gym. i use the shake at 3 cuz im usually pretty busy at work at that time and its easy to drink it down real quick and get back to what i was doing...

when u get more serious cut the shakes out. not a bad thing but its just not the best thing u could be takign in.

yea i think whole food helps with fat loss more than supplement shakes and bars.

I never have used supplement shakes, just protein. During cutting though, I like to use protein with water not milk
