i jsut bought this anabolic accelorator with a friend. i am 17 and have been lifting for abotu a year. we took it for about a week and he told me he went to sleep crying......this totally freaked me out ... is this stuff safe or what guys?

honestly, dont take that garbage... its a complete waste of money... spend money on protein...

post up your diet, and triaining program maybe we can help you out wih that...

i am currently on the MAZ -OT trainning and am on a hgih protien diet( chicken brest flank steak etc with an occasional cheat day or 2 current supps vp2 whey isolate,gl-3 glutamine,hyper growth creatine, and i just got a brand new package of super pump 250(gaspari nutrition) from a friend should i take this? i also have a trial size of Thermo Shred is this ok? thanks alot for the help

cause I'd be surprised if your diet is really up to snuff no offense but alot ofpeople don;t nkow what ot eat.

I have a buddy woh trinas max-ot and he's a massive guy so it works if ur dieting right

to be honest i try to eat as much chicken steak potatoes and all that possible but noone has really gave me a diet to try and im fairly new to bb so do u mind mapping one out for me? thanks
