| right now i am taking 10 g of glutamine mixed with 5 grams of my hyper growth creatine. the creatin also has 3 grams of a ''glutamine blend'' first i was wondering if its ok to take them both mixed and secondly id 10 grams of glutamine mixed with 5g of creatine before and after my work out too much? or is there no such thing as too much glutamine haha |

| if you can afford it, glutamine can't be overdone, but 20gms a day is a good amount for a 265lb bodybuilder... Don't take your creatine and glutamine together. Take the Glutamine A.M. and PM and the creatine pre and post workout |

| Work up to 3x a day for best use and go slow in the dose to mcuh to quick can give you da shits or at least an upset stomach..Def morn and before bed and post wrkout are a must... |
