I am a naturally skinny guy (hence my name) just wondering what creatines you all have taken that work well. And if you have any suggestions for what creatine a skinny guy like myself should take would be appreciated. I take creatine now (CEX powder, but I want to try something new) and whey protein. Any suggestions as to what creatine works well and any other things I could be taking? Thanks

This is a good stack that is sappose to put alot of mass on you, ive only been on it almost two weeks and i have gained about 5lbs and i never could gain weight(plus i changed my diet alot too though.) Cellmass and No-Xplode by BSN.

Whats your weight and height(stats)?

Shredded Mass by Pinnacle. im using it now and im liking it so far. but i would suggest no xplode and cellmas

On an average day, this is probably what my diet is...

Wake up
2 bowls of mini wheats with milk
protein shake (25g protein)
multi vitamin
-Then I will usually lift either right after I eat this or wait a couple hours
then lift. After I lift I will eat...
CEX Creatine
Protein Shake
12 inch Sub (turkey, ham, salami, cheese, lettuce, mayo)
bowl of mixed fruit
milk
-then I will eat probably 5 hours after this and I will eat
Chicken Fingers
2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (lots of peanut butter)
Protein Shake
milk

-then before I go to bed I will eat...
protein shake
sometimes saltine crackers with peanut butter, or some sort of noodles


Remember I live in the dorms so my options to some foods are limited. Thanks!

that space of 5 hours is no good man. you need to put another meal in there. i know you're prob in class, but you can find ways to eat then...

ya take like 2 pb sw in class and some water and choke it down......and i took cell tech for the first creatine i ever took and i got a lot stronger and gaind weighht too.....best creatine ive ever used but its sooo fn expensive....if uve got a high metabolism...then i would eat everything and anything and lift hard as hell

ill post a few days, so you can get an idea of some fooods

1- half cup oats, 1 packet of oatmeal, 1 protein shake ( 2 scoops, 1 cup milk, 1 tblesppon grapeseed oil – 728ca;s – 57 pro

2- pb and honey sandwich 1 can of tuna 550 cals 43 pro

3 – can of tuna top ramen 530 cals 42 pro

4 2 scoops protein half cup oats 1mcvalue fry – 748 50 pro

5 – 1 box mac n cheese, 1 cheeseburger and some kiwi - 900 cals 50 pro

6- 4 eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 cup OJ, 1 hamburger patty w/cheese 694 – 56 pro

7- protein shake (2 scoops protein, 1 cup milk, ½ cup oats, 1 tblespoon grapeseed oil)
568 – 53 pro

total – 4718 cals – 351 pro

4 – shake – (2 scoops, half cup oats) 2 granola bars 608 – 44 pro

5- PWO – (2 scoops pro, 1/3 cup dex) 428 – 40 pro

6 – 2 cups oj, taco burger (dint feel well didn’t eat much) 30ish pro – 640 cals

7 – cheeseburger (96% lean) starbucks frappuccino, 3 pieces of turkey – 650 – 52 pro

8- 4 eggs2 whites, 1 piece of bread, 2pieces of turkey w/ cheese, 1 cup OJ – 665 – 48 pro

9- protein shake (2 scoops protein, 1 cup milk, ½ cup oats, 1 tblespoon grapeseed oil)
568 – 53 pro

5607 – 425 pro

6 pwo shake - 2 scoops protein half cup dextrose 378 cals – 40grams
7 - 4 eggs, 2 eggs whites, piece of bread, 1 hambuger patty with cheese 654 cals – 61 grams
8- protein shake ( 2 scoops protein, half cup oats, 1 cup milk, 1 tblesppoin grapseed oil)

4782 cals – 390 pro

now im not saying these are best foods for you, but if you want MASS, these foods will do it, its been working for me. I go to school, and work, so all my meals are relatively easy to cook.
