| I am getting back into lifting. I have just took creatine and protien in the past. I am looking into starting L-Glutamine and BCAA'S I am looking at the following times to take them. morning BCAA'S pre-work out protien and L-Glutamine 5g post-work out Creatine 5g and protien Before bed L-Glutamine 5g Any adivce on this stack would be great since I am rookie!! |

| L-glu wont make imediate differences unless u work hard in the gym and apply it with ur diet. make sure u have lots of protein and work urself in the gym |
