| Ok. I just read that you are 175 and only been lifting for 5 months supps and drugs should be the farthest thing on your mind. Listen to JC and get on a "monsterous" diet and train like a mad man. What does your routine look like? |

| ok ive been on a 'gain' cycle for as longas i can remember. i started at 155 and grew phenominally with the MAX OT program but now for the last 2 months ive been stuck. same wieght but more food. i know how to eat i eat very well but my metobolism wont let me grow. i justdont know what to do lol |

| eat more. You have not even come close to reaching your natural potential. If you have been growing then you have to eat more and more the heavier you get. So you maybe eating more but you need more to maintain. are you eatting 6 times a day? and what are you eating? |

| here was today 8 am 2 scoops whey 11am5 scrambled eggs and 4 sausage links, did my cardio around 130 got home at 245 took 5 grms creatine 330 1 scoop whey and a subway grilled chicken breat (ft long) around 6 i had another sub(6inch) of tuna. around 8 i had a pb and j and around 10 i will take a weight gainer shake |

| If you can take 100iu of IGF-1 LR3 with 6iu of HGH and 60mcg of T3 a day and find a way to put on fat, You're a better man than I am. Although, I would substitute the dollar menu for a porter house steak every hour. |
