| You only absorb about 70 - 80% of the protein in a whey concentrate, versus upwards of 90% with isolates. On the other hand, concentrate is much less expensive, so simply take more concentrate and recognize you can't absorb it all. Most people can't absorb more than 40 grams protein in a single serving anyway. |

| Wrong all depends on how much LBM you carry and several other things..That has been a stupid avg for an avg mostly inactive person so nothing to go by and I have never really seen any tell all proof of that either.. |

| Isolates good for quick absorption after the gym with carbs and concentrate is good for either non training days or first thing in the morning or last thing at night. A better option is misceller casein instead of whey concentrate in opinion tho... |

| concentrates and isolates aren't going to have that big of a difference in absorbtion times. isolates just have more protein per weight, usually have 0 carbs 0 fat and are more expensive. |
