| Creatine acts on your receptor sites for energy lis cosmic suggested. Creatine can help maintain muscle mass and muscle volume in times of extreme stress i.e. dieting and high volume training. So perhaps you could say creatine helps indirectly in assisting muscle growth... I would not treat it like a fat burner though. |
