a buddy of mine gave me a box of sups for helping him move and some ast dhea-100 was in there.

i am just a little bit confused as to what DHEA is. from what i read at AST's website they put it in a prohormone catagory. every search i have put in for it here it seems everybody uses it for a pct. the label on the body sounds like its prohormone to me and you should take a pct after doing dhea. what gives?

I dont know. You can buy dhea at the grocery store. The only thing ive heard about it is that it raises your chance for prostate cancer.
