| Is the BSN Mass Stack a decent way to go? The only supplements I currently take are whey protein and occasionally NO-XPLODE. I want to start supplementing more, but am not sure what way to go. Should I just start taking creatine? I like NO-XPLODE, but is the Mass Stack a good combo? Thanks. |

| Yeah not even ebay, takes too long, supplementwarehouse.com is favorite, they take off an extra 5% to any other store, so no matter what, its the cheapest, and their shipping is good as well. |

| Seems like pretty good reviews all the way around. Do you take anything else with that stack besides for protein? Is additional creatine a good idea or just stick with the stack? |

| I think it depends on you cause I hear some guys on here say they take 5g of creatine a day and others say 10g. I'm not really sure I just get 3g from 3 scoops of no-xplode. Oh on that topic no-xplode lemonade or blue raspberry, very good tasting.:thumbs: |

| Don't listen to these guys man i've been building for 4 years and i know i've tryed mostly everything i'm just on here to get some feedback on m1t . the mass stack your taking is good but your protien is shit . if you want size get muscle milk it's well worth the money man . :thumbs: |

| i use cell mass and n.o. explode and its worked really good for me...i wouldnt train without N.O. explode ever again i love it i also use 17HD its a testosterone with those three things along with protein and i good diet ive mad alot of progress my bench has gone up about 40 pounds in the last 6 weeks i finally made it to 225 i know its not alot but it was my goal and i made it early haha |
