I was wondering what would be the best Supplement to take for Protein? Like any favorites? or Effective ones? Im new to the forums and new to bodybuilding as well =P, so I have no clue what to take, and I dont want to start wrong. If anyone can recommend me a good Protein Supplement, I highly appreciated.

Sweet, thx guys. I'll try those out, so basically 100% Whey is all around the same? No difference from any of the others?

Its more or less all about the same I mean you'll find stuff like nitro tech talking about increased amounts of glutamine in there stuff but thats about it. Just compare your labels.

These guys look like they have some decent prices. I've never ordered from them though so I can't vouch. I usually just get ripped off at GNC for convenience's sake. http://www.discountanabolics.com/ As far as product lines go, Nature's Best has been my favorite so far. They may not be the cheapest, but there's good stuff in there and it tastes almost not terrible http://www.naturesbest.com/

No problem. You can probably find cheaper out there if you keep looking, but when I was trying to find the best price of xyience products that place was one of the best

In the past I have used netrition. DPS Nutrition has better prices, so I may switch to that in the future . . . Good thing that average joes guy is gone. The irony of someone opposed to splenda suggesting supplements isn't lost on me.

Aspartame is the one I really try to avoid. As far as other cancer food like that goes, I'd rather limit or avoid it in my diet, which IMO usage would make it a completely different animal than the amount of artificial sweetners found in protein or creatine supplements. Will I have the occasional diet soda, sure, but not all day or every day. The Natures best whey I recommended contains no aspartame, and that's one of the things I like about it.
