i use ast micronized creatine mono.pretty cheap and good stuff

Hey there! I'm using a combo of Micronized creatine ,and another product called "rapid weight gainer" it's a combo of whey,creatine,glautimene, both products 2 gether are really helping me pump up more, the stuff is made by an oz company called Vital strength...any other oz bodybuilders out there?

yeah but ive never used vital strength before.. ive used a creatine and protein powder blend before by horleys which was not too bad but i much prefer to take each separately for no particular reason.
